A cheap open source GPU even just for basic media centers would be an intersting proposal. Huge props for even making a working prototype on a project like that. Look at how much intel struggled just to get a working prototype with real funds and a team.

If he concentrates on encoding and decoding capabilities I'd be in love! Need an alternative for an NVidia 40xx series to natively decode AV1
