Nice to hear! You never did say what pump you were using, but you may be surprised at how little a stronger pump helps cooling past a certain point. Sometimes, the heat dump from the stronger pump actually cancels out any gains from the increased flowrate. Point in case: There are more than a few D5/MCP655 owners who have found that turning their pump down actually improves temps by a degree or two, thanks to less heat being added to the loop.

I notice a 2c difference with my mcp655 @ 1.5-2 verses max which is 5.

thats means you have better temp with pump at 5 or with pump at 2
