Default Loud Fan

So when i turn on my PC sometimes it runs normal, but sometimes when i turn it on the fans spins like crazy, and very loud. When that happens my pc somehow cant connect to the monitor, there aren't any error messages or anything the monitor is just blank. What seems to be the problem ?

so, that sounds like the GPU fan. have you checked to see how dusty the fan/heatsink is? might want to blow it out.

also, it's not to worry about usually...happens with system fans that are PWM as the spin up and then drop when the system tells them what to do when temperature readings are available. it's not unusual for GPU to do this when a PC starts up as well. all the 1080 Ti's on my miner do that when it's coming online, then settle down when the software tells them what to do.

2 out of 3 of my system fan uses Molex except for one since there are only 2 Molex cable by the power supply, only one of my fans uses pwm, i haven't check my gpu fans/heatsink tho. I'll check those

CPU fans will do this as well. They typically run much higher than idle until the bios post (initializing) is done, and if your post is hanging then it will stay high until it boots into your OS.

Well, the Bios post doesn't even launched, the screen doesn't display anything, its just blank black. I had cleaned my heatsink and other fans except the power supply (i kinda lazy to clean that :p), and i also tried to just let it initialize i guess, but i had waited for about 20 mins and still nothing happened.
