Default Screen blackout momentary

I'm starting to see both my screens powering by a 570 MDT blackouts momentary when I screen up and down. What can I do to help diagnose the problem? Time to replace the thermal paste?

Switch to another DVI connector. If this is the card I think it is, it has four of them....

Hmm...interesting fact I notice is that it doesn't flicker like that without a windowed WOT game running behind it. However, it does flicker to black for 2 seconds at the Win 7 log in screen.
