Default Ram Problem?

I built a new build and I think the Ram is bad. I have Mushkin HP3-10666 High Performance DDR3 SDRAM, 4GB Dual Pack.
Phenom II x4 965
Asus M4A785TD-V EVO
It comes with a built in gpu
Every day about 3 times of day the computer freezes. The screen pixels change into one of the RBG colours.
other times the Speaker starts producing white noise. Sometimes the computer just freezes.
Is this problem from the ram or other parts of my computer.

Download and run memtest86. It will test to see if it is your processor or your ram that is screwing up.
