Default BIOS help in Edmonton???

Does anyone know of a BIOS chip re-programmer in Edmonton? I'm trying to recover from an upgrade-gone-bad. None of the usual methods are working.

Thanks for the help.

That is if the chip is removable.. if not.. then either a new board, or ship it away to get reflashed.
