My System Specs

Default Moving PCI-E M.2 adapter

Can I move my pci-e m.2 adapter to another pci-e slot without screwing up the programs installed on it.?

Im wondering if it would change drive letters, I guess I would just have to change the drive letter if it did right?
Or would I have to uninstall the programs and reinstall them after moving it?

It'll be fine. Drive letters stopped being tied to ports specifically some time ago (ide era) with AHCI & hot swapping.
