My System Specs

Default 2600k - 16gb 2133 ram

upgrade over weekend to 6700k.

Im thinking 140$ for CPU and $80 for ram?

ram is Kingston HyperX 2x8gb - will have to check which exact model, for some reason i think Predator.

You would think the cpu would fetch 200 easy no? You notice much of a difference in fps?

I'd think starting @ $140 is about right, but be prepared to accept OBO. 1155 socket motherboards can still be found, but quality ones are few and far between so your main market is folks looking to upgrade an existing processor.

Yeah I think there would be people looking to upgrade that would pay $150 for the 2600k. It's getting old, so it's just a matter of finding a buyer.
