Default OCZ StealthXStream 600W = noisy PSU

my setup.....

Intel Xeon e3110 clock to 3.7Ghz
4G PC2-8500
9800GX2 stock clock
120G hardrive
OCZ Stealth X Stream 600W

is 600W PSU not enough for this setup? On low usage, the 120mm fan on the PSU is spinning moderately noisy, there is a buzzing noise on the PSU fan motor.

The tower is sitting below desk and the 600W's fan buzzing noise is annoying. Is this normal?

Should be enough power-wise. Probably just the fan slowly dying. I'm sure you could RMA it to OCZ.
