Default Free tool to convert Bin/Cue to ISO

Does anyone know of a free tool to convert bin/cues to ISOs? I have a few old PC-CDs and PSX games I saved to HDD way back in the day that I hadn't done in ISO and want to convert them to clean up my files to put together in Launchbox

Some I can just re-rip, but there's a couple discs (Valkyrie Profile for example) that are probably too scratched now for it to work, so I'd like to salvage the digital copy :S

Not sure if there's any free tools. Probably the free way would be mounting it, extracting the files, then creating an ISO.

I think I used to use PowerISO back in the day to do this, but that is paid software.

I haven't looked into power iso for a while, but it's a good idea. I can probably use virtual clone drive and isobuster as a combo now that I think of it.

Hmm on the Linux end it looks like this instruction is still valid: Convert .bin and .cue files to an .iso image « Networking How To's

The "bchunk" tool mentioned in that old guide is still present in Fedora 25

Code:
sudo dnf install bchunk
and then convert with

Code:
bchunk [-v] [-p] [-r] [-w] [-s] <image.bin> <image.cue> <basename>
Source: https://linux.die.net/man/1/bchunk
