Default Need suggestions for Power Supply.

Hi professionals~

I have
Asus Sabertooth Z87

GTX 780

3T HDD& 250G SSD

my case is Corsair HAF X

My current power supply is HX 850

I am going to get a second GTX780 for SLI, do I need to upgrade my power supply? If so, which one should I get? Anything else I need to upgrade for 780sli?

Thank you so much for your time!

I'd think you're good with your HX850. In SKYMTL's test system with a 6-core SB-E CPU and mobo, the stock 780 draws 406 watts. http://www.hardwarecanucks.com/forum...-review-7.html

Your 4-core Haswell CPU should draw quite a bit less, and unless you're running 2x highly overclocked 780 Classifieds I think you have plenty of power head room.

You should be fine. I've got an OC'd 1366 920, 24GN RAM, 3 HDDs, 2SSDs and two SLI'd GTX 780 ACXs and I'm fine still.

Edit: With that same PSU, sorry meant to say that at the start
