Default Printer networking

I have a problem. I have 3 laptops wireless on my Linksys N router with two printers. For some reason I keep on loosing connection to my Xerox printer ( gets grade out ). I have 2 separate IP address for the printers. and .6. It's set to default lp. When they are grade out I can still ping both ips ? Any idea what I should be looking for. ?

When I delete the printer and search for the Xerox, it finds it without any issue and works...reboot and it's gone.
