Default D-Link DIR-655 Xtreme N Gigabit Router Alternative "firmware"

I was wondering if anyone knew any of the freeware flavours of linux firmware you can install on a dir-655 as i fear that i wont be able to run multiple NICs out of one machine and add on the bandwidth rather then have it "switch" instead. HTPC is the rig with more then one NIC and is running Win 7.

The router is packed up right now waiting to go to my new place in Freddy so i have no way of testing things yet but if any of you know by now i like to be prepared or have ideas to read about/into
Here I am: here I remain

Nope, not possible. The Ubicom chipset used in the DIR-655 isn't supported under any Linux-based firmwares.
