Default DWA-160 External Antenna

I cracked my DWA-160 open and found what looks to be connectors for an external antenna! There is an identical one in the exact same spot on the back side as well. Looks like an MC connector, but I can't really tell for sure. Anybody have any idea what kind of pigtail I'd need for this? It's definitely not U.FL as I have an antenna ripped out of a laptop and the connectors don't fit.
