They've existed for quite a while now... you need to look at AliExpress and such sites more often

I have a work laptop but for personal usage but hte following has made a bus trip or two more entertaining or trips out to the in-laws etc.

Raspberry Pi
USB powered 7in lcd screen
DeWalt 20v 5ah battery
DeWalt USB converter (DCB090)
2700X Heatkiller, CH7 Hero, 1080ti Heatkiller, 32GB Ram, 2x500GB WD Black NVMe, Dual 1080 rads, dual D5S pumps.
