Yeeeeeeaaaaaah. This exchange (and probably all exchanges) was a giant Ponzi scheme.

I used them for my withdrawls back in 2016-2017... glad I didn't have anything left there.

So the owner died in India from complications to Crohn's disease with his computer that controls millions? That does seem quite fishy.

I used them back in 2017 when the mining craze was at its peak and I was able to earn enough to pay for the 1080ti I bought. At least I got that and didn't get burned. I feel bad for those that caught in the squeeze here, just like Mt. Gox. These are the reasons why cryto will always be considered shady and risky.

I agree with AkG with regards to being careful to not disparage the dead, and I could imagine that what he was going through would cause a lot of stress.

But it is incredibly interesting that he died in an area known for issuing fake death certificates. The financial stress he must have been under could kill you for sure, and its also likely to push a lot of people to do unethical things that they would not do otherwise.
