Exclamation motherboard issues

my motherboard says

2000(O.C.)/1866(O.C.)/1600(O.C.)/1333/1066 MHz

what will happen if i put in 1866 MHz ram,

will it not boot?

will it boot?

do i have to buy 1333 MHz RAM instead?

What will i have to do to make it work good?

It should boot no problem, but you'll have to make adjustments in the bios to get it to run at the rated speed.

all it means is that 2000 is the max supported. when it has the O.C. next to the number all that means is that you have have to go into the bios and manually set it to that frequency no problem at all.
