Default AMD 570 vs AMD 770 AM2 boards

Alright I'm trying to select a good motherboard for my Black edition 6400+ and potential 2x2gb OCZ XTC pc2-6400 ram kit. Here's my choices so far....

Well, the Nvidia nForce 570 SLI chipset is a proven, tried, and true chipset. It is getting on with age, though, and it does have its share of quirks.

The AMD 770 chipset is relatively new, but has received good reviews from what I've read (All the 770 chipset boards on Newegg have received 75 - 90% 4/5 star ratings).
