Well, mistakes do happen, but I'm surprised that Alienware isn't falling all over themselves to make this right.

If it were me running the show, I'd be shipping him the highest end chip I could find in the shop.

Don't they have any actual geeks over there any more???? The traffic to that site alone should be enough to send them over to the OPs house with armfulls of goodies.........

LOL Thats why nobody will ever touch or build any of my rigs. And i will never let any of my friends get there rig build by some "supposed" professionals.
