How is DirectCanada to deal with if say the LCD monitor I order off them has dead pixels? Apparently its the same company as NCIX and NXSource I read. Thats good to know.

i guess it goes by policy, i usually buy sammies for a reason with ncix i think you can buy protection,if you know how to chose no need.
