Can't decide! Case, Water Cooling/air cooling

Okay so I'm very torn on what to do here.

I am hoping to use all my old parts from my current 2500k build.

I need a new case.... I was going to get the 900D just cause I liked the space and layout but I can't afford it. I liked the Fractal Design Arc XL but now i'm questioning myself there also. I don't necessarly need a big case. I run 1 SSD and 3 or 4 HDD

That brings me to my second point. I'm not sure I need to keep water cooling. I don't really have the time or energy to maintain it properly so I'd be fine to leave it and go back to air. Currently I only have a 240mm rad. If I do stick with water cooling I'll need a case that supports that easily which shouldn't be too hard to find.

if I go with air... I need to either get a new graphics card to replace my 6950 or get an aftermarket air cooler for it because the stock cooler has been missing for quite some time and presumed tossed out.

SO... I'm feeling lost a bit in all this and need some advice.

*What mid/full tower case do you guys recommend
*What aftermarket VGA cooler would be a good choice if I go back to Air
*Any other thoughts?
