There's a 1/32" gap between 2 of the wires, better start over.

Beautiful work as always, lowfat.

I know.

But I do plan on fixing it.

Finished off the 8-pin. A few of the 24-pin wires are slightly too long. I'll fix them after the rest of the wires are in place. I believe I may have underestimated how many cables will be passthrough the back side of the motherboard tray.

Making the retention bars for the GPU cables.

Working on the GPU cables and straightening out the cables on the back at the moment.

Thanks. :)

I got back from my holidays yesterday. Worked on the GPU cables.

Pics of the new Dell Venue Pro I bought recently.

And a teaser pic of the case I recently bought for my NAS rebuild.

Here are a few more pics w/ some better lighting.

And a mockup I just did w/ the radiators sort of in place. Not so good lighting.

Yup a Define R4. Will be migrating from my G555-based ITX NAS to an 8-core G34 box. My ITX box only has 8GB of ram and for a RAIDZ of my size that is insufficient. It was actually cheaper for me to buy a new case and heatsink and use some existing hardware than it was to buy 16GB of ram.

I'll be calling it the 'Illmatic Define' . Although for people who didn't listen to rap in the early 90's probably won't get the joke.

I am VERY impressed w/ the quality of such a cheap case. The powdercoating is some of the best I've seen on a steel chassis. So much better than the Corsair and Silverstone powdercoat jobs I've seen.

Nice one here

And nice choice of case. I really like the quality of the Fractal cases!
