The i9 7980xe I got is delidded and repasted I need to cooler for now till I can get the EKwb 360 kit. I don't plan on pushing this cpu past 4ghz on all 18 cores for now once get my Ek kit I'll play around a lil more see were it tops out.

On delid @ 4K any dual bay AIO will do. Hell a Noctua will do. You are going to get rather nice temps with a delid HEDT monster. I assume you used liquid metal for the TIM?

Yeah according to owner he got 5.65ghz with this cpu which he said got him to #4 on hwbot
