Obvious response, but did you restart?

Otherwise look for the NoDrives key in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Policies\Explorer and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Policies\Explorer

This key should be set to "0" to show all drives.
