It has been a while since we last looked at an ATI-based card but we are back with a bang and the new Palit Revolution 700 Deluxe. This custom-built card is based off of the beastly HD 4870 X2 and carries with it a massive heatsink and a bit of pre-overclocked goodness for good measure. Let’s just it can live up to our expectations.
