We all know that ATI’s HD 5000-series are currently running rampant through the GPU market but right now one of the best price / performance values available is the HD 4890-series of cards.  Today we will be looking at custom cooled, pre-overclocked cards in the guise  of MSI’s Cyclone OC and Gigabyte’s Ultra Durable OC Edition.
