AMD 12.11 “Never Settle” Driver Performance

AMD’s new “Never Settle” 12.11 drivers supposedly bring performance increases for the HD 7000-series but there’s nothing unusual about that.  The kicker here is AMD’s claim of framerate improvements in almost every….single….game.   Now that’s something we just had to put to the test.
