Cooler Master has been at the forefront of case market for some time now but their coolers have been somewhat lacking. Now we have before us the Hyper 212 PLUS. This is an HDT cooler that is priced at a mere $40 and we have some very high expectations for it. Let’s hope it can put its best foot forward.
