Prolimatech has in the past introduced some revolutionary designs when it comes to aftermarket cooling. To help keep their name at the top, the MK-13 has been unveiled and promises to keep even the hottest running GPU’s in check.
VGA cooling is a very real and important aspect of modern computer life. With GPU cores running hotter along with memory and MOFSETs to be concerned about, making a truly capable design is both challenging and rewarding. For Prolimatech it seems to come naturally. The MK-13 is designed around a very universal and simple retention system that comes complete with mounting for almost ever Single GPU solution today. From ATi’s newest 5000 series all the way back to nVidia’s G80 Cards, this cooler will bolt up and help tame the fires on your hot graphics card.
The nickel plated beast weighs in at 555g and includes smaller heatsinks for everything else your card may require. With mounting for a pair of 120mm fans, the MK-13 is a very well rounded design that promises performance above all else.
Six copper heat pipes help transport the heat into the dense fin array , coupled with a mirror finished base and Prolimatech’s own TIM this cooler should have no problems with any of the latest cards out today.
The MK-13 is available now (though NA availability remains to be seen) and listed for a modest 49 EUR.
