PowerColor has finally announced their custom R9 290X PCS+and R9 290 PCS+ cards, both of which feature a triple slot heatsink design.
The AMD R9 290X and R9 290 are both in heavy demand right now and board partners have begun launching their own riffs on these popular cards. PowerColor’s latest entry uses their newly revised PCS+ heatsink and slightly higher than reference clock speeds. Ironically, they have decided to go with a triple slot layout, a direction many other manufacturers have shunned as of late.
