Sadly we wait for new GPUs but at least we have an even competetion that geanerlly are good for the games out ATM. Intel actually can’t wait for these to hit the market should have been available by the release of LGA2011 (and BF3 for that matter). You’ll see people posting issues with SLI (haven’t seen any CFX builds have issues) and the fix is simple: go into bios & select PCI-E 2.0 (3.0 is defaulted usually). One could even argue they pushed back IvyBridge because of it since the PCIe 3.0 is the main new feature from SB. AMD can’t really make too many public bashing on this topic b/c the formerly known ATI division (now AMD Graphics) was a good reason to them keeping their books balanced aka was more profitable than CPUs. The only thing we can hope for with this new gen of GPUs when will I be CPU bound again w/ any 4+ Ghz Core i7?
