It was just yesterday NVIDIA announced the release of the 195.62 BETA drivers, and less then 24 hours later they have received their official WHQL certification, making the drivers ready for prime time.

There were no changes between the BETA and official release so those who decided to install the BETA yesterday won’t be missing out anything. The driver’s are intend for GeForce series 6,7,8,9 100 and 200, along with the ION IGP platform.

Here’s the run down of major improvements:

  • Added GPU-acceleration for smoother online HD videos with the new Adobe Flash 10.1 beta.
  • Added support for OpenCL 1.0 (Open Computing Language) for all GeForce 8-series and later GPUs.
  • Added support for CUDA Toolkit 3.0 features and performance enhancements
  • Added SLI and multi-GPU support for many top new gaming titles including Borderlands, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, FIFA Soccer 10, and more
  • Bug fixes
