I like that they are developing this, but, putting 2 x (1440 x 900) = 2880 x 900 beside each other leaves an inadequate vertical (as others have noted). It might be more useful if they went with 2 x (1600 x 1200) = 3200 x 1200 (8:3 instead of 16:5); in a few years, if they can make it affordable.

Vertical resolution doesn’t even reach 1080 pixels.

Ya I dunno – What do you think would be better? A projector screen which for the same price could do some sweet 1080p with great colours and you wind up with bigger than life action? Or this baby, which literally surrounds your while gaming, fully immersive – That is a tough choice!
