Asus0AT3N7A I0A330 ion motherboard 286x300 Asus Soon to Release NVIDIA ION MotherboardWhile NVIDIA’s ION platform has been raved as the next big thing since the release of the Intel Atom processor, it has been rather slow to receive support from manufacturer’s; with only a handful of relatively unknown companies producing ION solutions.

Asus however, is ready to step in the ring with the AT3N7A-I which has unofficially surfaced on the web.

The all in one solution uses the mini-ITX form factor, and utilizes the Intel Atom 330 1.6GHz dual core processor. Being an ION product, it has integrated NVIDIA 9300 video, which when coupled with the dual core Atom, will make it perfect for HD video tasks. It has support for two DDR2-800 DIMM’s, as well as all the onboard features that could be fit on; Gigabit Ethernet, 7.1 Channel sound, eSATA and built in Bluetooth. Given its home theatre target audience, it also includes both a HDMI and Digital Audio outputs.

Pricing has been rumoured to be in the $160USD range, with a possible release later this month.
