Xigmatek is a relatively new player in the computer chassis market, and unfortunately their initial Migard product wasn’t quite as well received by reviewers as their highly acclaimed cooling solutions.

Basing their latest case around the same design, the Utgard adds a little bit of a different style, while keeping the fairly basic chassis interior much the same. It includes the same black and orange theme including 9 5.25 inch drive bays  and adds a mesh front grill along with front panel audio, 4 x USB 2.0, 2x eSATA  and controls for the internal fans. and nine 5.25-inhch bays with 4 3.5 bays. It supports a total of 9 internal fans and includes two 120MM and a single 170MM at the top.

The case is price at 69.00 Euros which means it is going to be competing on the same level as the recently released Cooler Master 690 II; needless to say Xigmatek is going to have to step up and provide a very competitive product that greatly improves on quality and features if they wish to compete.

Expected release is mid February.
