| I've got the same case exactly but I don't know if you added leds to that big side fan it's easy to do. Also I see we picked the same fan controller. I really like the look of the zalman.. In have the floppy too but I think I may as well ditch it cause I cann't see bloomfield supporting it anymore.. I think its going to be a good case heavy but that doesnt matter and it was on sale when I picked mine up. I like the textured paint and whats the gold is that a paint .. How was that done? |

| Qs: what's with the guarded switches at the back, and the breaker-style switches on the bottom front? I like the cleavage shot, but I want to see it naked... er, the inside I mean. Very nice job on the paint.

| The outside is Rust-oleum Black Stone, the pics really don’t do it justice. ( damn messy stuff too) The side fan I replaced with a Powerworks one from Frozencpu. I sealed the grill on with silicone and black stone painted it, and mounted it on the outside. Ahhhhh! the gold! (cheap trim from HomeDepot) LOL (I’ll post some better pics of it all later) |

| The back switches are for turning the ccfl lights on and off, the front ones are for changing the colors. I got 3 of these a few years ago, 8 different colours, I think Antec, but they don’t make them anymore, I think. I can't find anything like them anywhere, I wanted to buy another one. Guarded? well, its just f’n cool! |

| Some more pics; The whole top bevel was torn off, including the USB and Mic/headphone plugs. It has been replaced with this. ![]() Inside I constructed a fan frame out of some gold trim to hold a 120mm fan. It should blow directly onto my RAM which I’m going to put Thermalright heatsinks on. notice the high tech Mobo. ![]() ![]() The rear HDD cage, I drilled out some extra holes for the PSU fan. The top and lower spot are for my raptors. ![]() Only got 1 lower fan installed in the bottom so far, I went nuts drilling all those holes. it was winter! ![]() I don’t know about the shroud thou, I may remove it. ![]() Open front shot, the gold on the side is just half inch L trim, put them on just for fun. ![]() I designed and built this last summer. The PC will sit on that tray on the far right. (the blue box is sitting on it) It might be hard to picture, but that slides so it and the PC can be pushed back in behind the monitor, and easily pulled out for tinkering with. The side tables also slide in and out, they are out in this shot, so lots of space to put crap. I want to replace the main monitor with a 24” wide screen, and put the 19” you see here to the side where that old crt thing is now. god that’s ugly! ![]() That’s about it for now, I got the rest of the fans, connectors and stuff coming this week So next week I got vacation to re-wire all the power and fan connectors. Modular PSU it may be, but this is extreme modding! (and yes, the wife does think I've lost it!) I’ll get some more pics once I get the fans and lights wired and working.

| Its been slow going, but here’s some pics. wiring the light mode switches ![]() Here’s three different colours, red, blue and green. They are individually turned on and off by the lower push buttons in the front just below the Aerocool controller. There are 8 modes; red, green, blue, yellow, light blue, violet, and white. The last mode slowly fades between all the colours randomly about every 2 to 3 seconds. ![]() All at the touch of a button! ![]() 8 modes + off, that’s 9x9x9 = 729 combinations! ![]() Front shot. Wondering whats with all the controllers? I’ll be going thermalright madness with a north and south bridge and their VGA heatsinks, all with fans. (I know its kinda nuts, but hey, cool lights!) ![]() That Ultra fan controller (the blue top one), it’s a total POS, not recommended. It is very very noisy on the +5 rail, and sucks over 3A at full power with 4 fans. Not to be defeated, I powered it externally through an +5 adapter, because it was triggering the protection circuits of my PSU. I wired a switch just to the left of the knobs, that’s on and off. It controls my bottom intake fans and the top exhaust. Anyways, That’s alot of work, and a lot more to do. Gonna need more beer……
