As promised, she is all hooked up and running water.

Now begins the long leak test. Mind you there is a fault with my design... it takes several days till the system is completely air bubble free.

Well, I'm going to make a change.

The Reservoir has too big of a flaw for me to call acceptable. Originally when I tested the system like this I had more flexibility to move the radiators and reservoir around, thus effectively removing the air from the system. Now that everything is tied down and moving things could possible cause dings or scratches I am going to remake the reservoir. I'll post something eventually on the new design of the reservoir.
