Well... you want a coolant with some organic phosphates to prevent galvanic corrosion when mixing copper w/ aluminum. With that said... our TEC banks are anodized aluminum inside and our waterblocks are copper inside so if you like, I can send you some of ours.

I am actually awaiting a price quote from your sales dept on a Boreas Chassis with CPU NB & 4870X2 loop. I think I'm sold I just might want to use different tubing and such so I will wait to see what they say when they get back to me....however I guess that could be a little while given the GPU block hasn't been released yet.....hint hint

Default Bought It

I wanted 2 4870x2's. I had a CoolerMaster Praetorian case. The cards are 10.5 inches (!) long, so I couldn't fit them in it. I was already going to go with a CoolIT system (the Freezone Elite and the Dual Drive-Bay 4870x2 blocks), so it just seemed like a good idea to pay the extra $ for this chassis.

Barry, I hate you... for now. I'm sure when next weekend rolls around and I see this case in my office, I'll be singing a different tune, though.

Here's the build I'm putting in this case:
  • Intel Core 2 Extreme QX9650 3.0Ghz
  • ASUS Rampage Extreme
  • 8GB OCZ Gold DDR3 1600Mhz SDRAM
  • 2x Sapphire ATI Radeon 4870x2
  • 1x 150Gb WD Raptor 10k RPM SATA HDD
  • 2x 640Gb WD 7200 SATA HDD (Raid 1)
  • 1x 320GB Seagate 7200 SATA HDD
  • Soundblaster X-FI Extreme Soundcard
  • LG DVD RW Drive
  • CoolMax 1200w Modular Power Supply
  • Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit
Total build price: $4,604.69

Edit: Added 2nd 640gb, corrected price for final total.

I just got a boreas, but not sure what I should set my liquid temps to.
Right now I'm thinking, connect the mtec to a separate psu and my laptop to test w/ pc off, to see it'll start to condensate.

Room temp is ~23c , currently set liquid to 21c lowest 22c max
