Actually the Zalmans ship with noise reducers too. I believe they lower them to about 1000RPM

Thanks Paul and all; I'll take your offer for both Yates and all 4 Scythes. Send me a PM to know how much you want for them. Then I'll decide if I go with the UltraKazes (I don't mind noise, since the rig is located in the basement), the Yates (I already have 2 of them) or buy 4 more Noctuas (that's what I have with my dual Swiftech rad) or even try the Zalmans.

Just to chime in again here, if you want pure CFM then I'd say go for the UltraKaze's....man can they move a lot of air.

4 x 2000RPM ultra Kaze's on the way, as well as the 2 Yates. They might have a little dust, but they are no more than 2 months old

Dust? Meh, don't worry; I have to clean my rigs every month (including my rads...) since the basement is still dusty from the renovations I did last winter - there was no basement last winter, that is... Thanks again.

Go for Panaflos with a fan controller charlie.
Thats what im using on my rads and its brilliant at low speeds, with great static pressure.
