If you're gunning for silence, replace all your fans with those S-FLEX "E" models and you should be set.
No, I was just seeing if I can use two fans using only one power connector, and since they were stock fans, thats what I used.

Go with the Swiftec RAD. It is cheap and performs very, very good.

Okay.

One question though, is there a place I can mount the MCR320 internally in the CM690?

Perhaps in the top with some modding? The MCR will be the easiest to fit though since it's the slimmest. The stock fan mounts might line up even though I don't know.

I would either mod the case to put it up top, or just hang off the back with a Radbox or something similar

I just took some measurements and I would need to mod my CM690 quite a bit to get the MCR320 to fit at the top. The front USB/sound/mic etc.. would be in the way, so I'm just going to do what Cptn Vortex said and hang it off the back with a radbox.

Get an MCR320 and 3 S-Flex "E" and call it a day. I'd mount it on a radbox, you get more airflow.
