Default 120.3 mounting question

I've spent the last couple of nights putting together my new watercooling system, and I've come to a bit of an impass. Besides missing the fact that my 120.3 rad does not, in fact, have 1/4" threaded barbs (thanks for the express shipping on the new barbs, NCIX!), none of the mounting holes seem to be able to take any of the provided screws. In fact, none of the mess of standard screws and bolts I have lying around seem to fit at all.

My question is, how am I a: supposed to mount this to my case, and b: supposed to mount fans to it? I could slip a nut behind and try and tighten it down, but that is both extremely complicated and next to impossible.

Have I received a dud? I had no problems mounting the Swiftech dual rad I have...everything just screwed in properly.

Thanks in advance.

I've picked up some 8/32 screws that I think might work, and I've read some other stuff about mounting...I hope this rad is worth the headache.

I've got a couple Thermochills, and 1 1/4" #6 metal screws seem to do a good job of grabbing, even when they're not self-tappers. You can usually find them in larger hardware stores, although smallers stores might only carry #6's up to 1". #8's might be a little too thick to punch through the shroud.
