Yes, but personally I'd spend the couple of extra bucks for some clamps as they are much easier to remove (I don't even know how to remove zip ties from tubes) and they can be reused.

Zip ties are VERY easy to remove and very very cheap.

You can buy a bag of 1000 small zip ties for like $5 at home depot.

And get a pair of small side cutters for $5 so .. for $10 you have what you need.

Second I put some 7/16" hose over 1/2" barbs and I don't know what people are talking about but it wasn't difficult at all to put on haha... but to take off ya thats another thing which is why I wouldn't be too worried about needing clamps.

Yes, that is fine. No worries from galvanic corrosion.

Im thinking I would need at least 1 90 degree elbow if I do what Apollo suggested.... see link...above

and I would really like to use this...

Koolance - Dual VID Connect Nozzle, 2 Slot Spacing but Im not sure how the hose running form the cpu to the bottom gpu will flex or bend to connect to the fitting... it would have to be a 90 degree...

Another elbow? Not necessarely. Check this out. I don't see why it would not work.

I got 7/16 tubing on 1/2 barbs, just get some hot water to put the tubing into if you have trouble putting the tube on the barbs. Another option I read was to use KY...

I guess I am a leak freak , but I still use metal clamp over the 7/16 tubing on 1/2 barbs. The metal clamp arte cheap to, something like 30 cents each and re-usable.
