Ok so still pondering this guys and here's a theory....let me know your thoughts!!
btw thanks for the schematic of my Supremacy Kapt Crunch....although I am already totally familair with it thanks ;)

Anyhow....when i put the new GPU and Blocks in the other night I decided to take apart the Supremacy CPU Block and make sure it was nice n clean
1. Put everything back together, finished filling and was starting my 20 hr leak test .
2. When Im leak testing and bleeding air I periodically cycle my Vario Pump from high to low and so on!
3. Im sitting there looking at the system as the pump is running and realize I have connected the CPU Block backwards....in other words i have the "input" from the pump going into the "output" port on the CPU Block and fluid exiting the "input" port on the Supremacy Block.

So when I relaized what I had done I drained, reversed the Block and re-filled (i didnt pull the CPU Block apart again, just cleaned, re-applied grease and hooked everything back up.

Im wondering if its possible that by cycling water thru the Block "backwards" the flow somehow buggered up the jet plate sitting in there, hence causing a restriction in flow and higher than normal temps from CPU ?
Tomorrow I'll drain....remove and take apart the CPU Block....but im thinking this is the reason why im seeing temps around 5 - 8c warmer in my CPU and the trickle down effect to my GPU's.....got to love water cooling......my expensive coolant goes into a bucket for re-use ;)

air in loop or not enough fluid is my vote

I'd use a syringe to suck up the spilt fluid

The loop hold 1.5 Liters fluid.....thats how much went in....I'm 95% confident there isnt anymore air (maybe tiny micro bubbles).....Im figuring running the water thru the CPU block backwards has perhaps caused the jet plate to misalign or go cock-eyed / askew...maybe.....

Figured it out.......when i put the Supremacy Block back together I had the Heatsink skewed 90 degrees to the direction of the water flow (and jet plate).....I figured something was up as my trusty old 3930K I was always able to stress test it (LinX) at 5 Ghz and would reach around 78c - 80c under load....when i checked it yesterday I was approaching 88c.....
.....bleeding air over night and run up tomorrow ......temps should be better by 5c or so I would think!!!
