Interesting topic since i'm also building my first loops at the moment, my brother works in an automotive parts warehouse (uni-select) so I get discounts on all the stuff, i ordered a bottle of NOS Super coolant. will let you know how it turns out.

I've also ordered bottles of Swiftech Hydrx for my main loop.

My System Specs

Unhappy

Can anyone help me out?? I've spent all day trying to bleed my system- I've bridged the green with a black connector on the 24 pin plug but for some reason when i turn the PSU on, it powers up for a second and then drops off- I put the volt meter on it, and it rises up to about 7V then drops again within a second or two. everything else is unplugged from it except one fan- the fan starts up then stops along with the pump- so I kow the pump isn't the problem. I've tried all kinds of materials for bridgeing the pind- from wire to paper clips, and staples. Can anyone help me out? feeling prety discouraged.

Make sure its a green wire and any black and the paper clip or whatever you are using is in far enough and making good contact.

Yeah thanks- I've messed with it a hundred times- i don't think it's bad contact. I'm sure I've used every conductive material known to man- of varying sizes and configurations.

The pump is now running off of an old psu now- but that psu wont run my system so I can't switch- not sure what to do.

I just hooked the whole thing up to see if the pump would go AND IT DID! So some more supervised leak testing, and should be overclocking tommorrow.
