My System Specs

Default MX-2 all the way

Ive used a few different type of paste and M-2 is my favorite as it spreads so well and gives immediate results-plus its easy to clean and doesn't short anything.

Yep, MX-2 is my favorite as well. Might not top all of the benchmarks, but it's consitent and quite easy to use.

Then Mx-2 it is because i figure since im doing water cooling and i wont hit temps as high as air it wont help AS5 to cure as easily and also AS5 takes 200 hours ive used AS5 all this time not bad but i see MX-2 can drop 2 c and its no curing time so why the hell not right!

I think that a gram of Shin Etsu should do the trick.

Do some digging, but if memory serves correctly, it's the stuff you've got to spread like you're mudding drywall...... :)

Quote:
Shin Etsu G751: Application, while difficult, is not as hard as the news on the internet makes it out to be. The use of a thin, hard, flat edge makes application easier, but still not in the same category of ease as any of the others. It does tend to blob when applied, and can be frustrating for someone with little patience. Removal was simple, though, with only a single wipe or two needed to remove the compound completely.
