Default ASUS Poseidon Watercooling

Hey all, I have an ASUS Poseidon 780, and am wondering if I were to switch to water cooling, what would I need to accomplish it? What do you reccomend?
Thanks!

All the same things you'd need for another watercooling loop;
Pump, Resevoir, tube, fittings.

You might get away without having a rad since it looks like there's fans blowing on the fins attached to the card, but I don't know if it'd be worth skipping on a rad.... Probably better off to add water to your CPU as well if you're going to go through the effort of building a loop for the GPU though.

Dazmode's site has some good videos explaining the basics of what you need, how much, etc. If you're still using the Phanteks case in your specs, you should have plenty of space and options for WC IIRC.

You'll need a rad. Having water circulate without a way to get rid of the heat in it won't help much.

I'd suggest getting a res/pump-top combo like this EK-XRES 100 DDC - Acetal - EK-DDC Series - Reservoir Pump Combo - Reservoirs & Accessories, it simplifies the loop and number of fittings. For just a GPU loop, you'll need a pump/res, rad and 6 fittings and tubing. But if you're spending that much, get a CPU block as well and 2 more fittings.

Would this work if I just don't use the CPU block, and get the fittings and tubes needed to make this work?

I'd be more inclined to recommend something from swiftech than from thermaltake....

That swiftech is a pretty nifty unit, should be fine for a GTX 780!
