Default Fans for WC and tubing

Alright heres the problem first off DC is out of the 7/16 tubing of swiftech im gonna try calling them today and see what they can do. Any recommendation of another one or is swiftech tubing the best.

2nd Fans im most likely going to use 4 fans im buying the Swiftech Double rad with intergrated resvoir.

Should i use Noctua NF-P12 120mm - Lots of reviews saying its good
compared to the Scythe Ultra Kaze 120MM High Static Pressure Silent Fan 38MM 1000RPM 44.4CFM 19.8DBA

Scythe a lot cheeper but i wanna keep my temps low as well as my noise so any suggestions?

the tubings in stock at NCIX-you always price match teh other WC parts their and buy as one order. I use two NF-P12 fans and they work very well. I havent used the scythe fans so cant compare-i think the ultrakaze are a good competitior??

I would definitely choose the Scythes over the Noctuas. They are MUCH better for watercooling Rads.

The review he's probably referencing is THIS ONE. More specifically, in the rad test, a single Noctua was actually posting lower temps than TWO Ultra Kazes. I'm sure everyone's mileage may vary a little, but those are some pretty damning numbers.
