Default paint stripper for rads

I currently have two black ice rads and just curious if there is a solution that will not damage them but stripe the black paint off them. Any ideas guys/girls.

I used a rotary tool and a mouse sander on my last GTX. It took several hours more than I wanted it to, but I had a difficult time getting it off. Not sure if there is a stripper that will remove that paint job completely without some damage.

lacquer thinner should work.

the rads may be powder coated, which means the paint is baked on and more difficult to remove.

you may still need to assist the lacquer thinner with some steel wool or some other abrasive.

paint thinner will not remove paint that has already dried, only lacquer thinner will do this.
