I have no idea... I wasn't there for it. The pump does get pulled in a little when you tighten it down if I remember correctly. Mine didn't break though.

lol... what does that have to do with blowing out the threads in the acrylic? I've blown threads in acrylic before... not hard to do. Look at the picture closely the screws are bottomed out... they won't go any further so all we are gonna do is spin out the threads. The collar shouldn't have broken like that...

That aside I am really just looking for a solution which you have given me thank you. :) I will attempt to make or have one made if Daz or xspc won't replace it. Obviously I'd rather just get a new collar. :-)

That's just xspc's horrible mounting system. I had the exact same thing happen to me but with a different reservoir(same mounting system) and I had to order a replacement from FrozenCPU for 4 dollars. Luckily I was already ordering stuff from there because their shipping is not cheap!

It was taken care of, but I want to repeat ones again that HWC is NOT customer support website for DazMode store, so don't use it as such.

What Daz ment to say

It was taken care of, but I want to say once again that HWC is NOT customer support.

The website for DazMode store is, so I repeat Support is Contact Us a web mail link on DazMode.com

I'm not seeing any support link on or in forum DazMode.com I guess this is the confusing Contact Us

Thank you KaptCrunch for trying to clear my vague statements :)

Existing customers can also login in their accounts and file Service Ticket or RMA straight from Order History, so it is clear which order and which product is under question. It also allows to keep some paper trail for further analysis.
