You'll need a clamp. That fill/drain port is essentially a barb with a stop plug on the other end.

Or you can just put a stop plug in the T if you don't need a tube running off of it.

You would be safe not using a clamp here. 3/8" tubing is extremely tight over a barb like that.

small peice of advice with the tee fitting. Don't dead head it. If this " T " was your fitting the drain port would be out the bottom. Good luck with your build man! Water cooling is a fun yet pricey hobby.

Probably gonna swing by Daz's site right now ffs...
